Marc Diana - Chief Executive
Officer
Mr. Diana has utilized his extensive experience over the last
decade in the interactive marketplace to launch LeadPoint.com.
Mr. Diana most recently served in a business and corporate
development capacity for eCompanies venture LowerMyBills.com.
Mr. Diana also spent several years as Vice President of Business
and Corporate Development for Innovent Group, an early stage
investment and management company. He previously co-founded
and served as President and board member for Broadband Studios,
as well as led the formation of strategic alliances and the
acquisition of new business relationships as the VP of Business
Development at Media Revolution.
As an interactive expert, Mr. Diana has lent his expertise
to a variety of industries including retail, travel, finance,
media, manufacturing and the entertainment fields. He has
assisted companies including Twentieth Century Fox, iXL, Mitsubishi, Staples, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Technicolor, Kia Motors, Mirage
Resorts, Electronic Arts, Mattel, Charter Communications,
DirecTV,
Countrywide Home Loans, Disney and Warner Bros.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Diana also served on the founding
team for National Geographic Interactive, where he managed
sales, marketing and distribution. He also held marketing
and sales positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment.

Per Pettersen - Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Mr. Pettersen utilizes his extensive e-business
experience in software and product development and technology
operations to head LeadPoint's technology development and
operations. In addition to LeadPoint, Mr. Pettersen has founded
and currently serves as CEO for Estalea, an innovative entrepreneurial
company that focuses on creating a network of new Internet
businesses.
Prior to Estalea, Mr. Pettersen served as senior vice president
and chief technology officer of Commission Junction. Pettersen
provided strategic technology leadership and oversaw engineering,
quality assurance and technology operations. As part of a
corporate turn-around, Mr. Pettersen implemented substantial
cost containment initiatives that had significant impact on
the company's bottom line and provided a quick turn-around
to a profitable company and subsequent sale to ValueClick.
Mr. Pettersen also retained the position of vice president
of technology at ValueClick (NASDAQ:VCLK), which provides
a wide range of products and services that enables agencies,
advertisers and publishers to cost-effectively reach, recruit
and retain online customers.
Mr. Pettersen also founded and served as CEO for Active Internet
Marketing.

Jeffrey Spain - Chief Financial Officer
Jeffrey Spain began
serving as LeadPoint’s CFO since its founding in 2004 and brings 20
years of CFO, Internet and investment banking experience to LeadPoint. As
Chief Financial Officer of LeadPoint, Mr. Spain is directly responsible for
all financial operations of LeadPoint, including accounting systems setup,
general ledger management, budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management,
fundraising support and strategic planning. Mr. Spain is also responsible
for legal, human relations, business intelligence, IT, operations, and customer
integration/support departments of LeadPoint.
Prior to joining LeadPoint,
Mr. Spain served as Chief Financial Officer of Digital Entertainment Solutions
(“DES”) where he oversaw financial
reporting, budgeting, strategic planning and fund-raising activities for
the company, as well as managing other business affairs. Prior
to DES, Mr. Spain co-founded and served as chief financial officer and chief
operating officer of Los Angeles-based eNutrition, Inc., a B-to-C e-commerce
company. eNutrition
raised more than $30 million in venture capital under Jeff’s direction
from firms such as Brentwood Venture Capital, Idealab Capital Partners and
Entertainment Media Ventures. Mr. Spain led the successful merger of eNutrition
with a traditional storefront retailer.
Before founding eNutrition, Mr. Spain
spent eight years as an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston,
most recently as a vice president and the chief operating officer for the
firm’s Los Angeles office. During
his tenure, he was directly responsible for initiating and managing client
relationships. He also played significant roles in successfully executing
over $11 billion in public/private financings and strategic transactions,
including mergers & acquisitions, for the firm. As COO of the Los
Angeles office, Mr. Spain oversaw most of the administrative functions, including
business planning, recruiting and personnel management.
Mr. Spain received his Masters of Business Administration from the Anderson
Graduate School of Management at UCLA and earned his Bachelor’s degree
in finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Donny Hall - Vice President of Operations
Donny Hall utilizes his skills in corporate development, product expansion and metric management in his role as Vice President, Operations for LeadPoint. He is responsible for daily operations at Leadpoint, Product Management and Reporting and Analysis.
Mr. Hall most recently served as Director of Corporate Development for Home Loan Center, Inc. (HLC), which was acquired by LendingTree, LLC, a subsidiary of IAC/InteractiveCorp. At HLC, Mr. Hall was responsible for developing complimentary product lines to the core mortgage offering including real estate and insurance services.
Previously, Mr. Hall spent more than three years at LowerMyBills.com (LMB), contributing to the success and growth of one of the Internet's premier direct marketing and lead generation marketplaces.

Steve Okun - Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Mr. Okun brings over 18 years
experience building sales and marketing organizations to the
company. He is responsible for heading LeadPoint's US sales
team's lead buyer acquisition efforts.
Prior to LeadPoint, Mr. Okun most recently served as Senior
Vice President, Online Media, at Network Dynamics, an Internet
security solutions company. Mr. Okun also held the position
of Vice President of Global Sales at Commission Junction,
where he was responsible for leading the growth of the company's
U.S. and International sales and account management teams.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Okun served in senior management
roles at several Internet-related companies including Success
Learning Systems, a Web-based training and educational products
company that he founded and led as President.
